Foundation Meditation Course
Yesterday I finished a 13 day meditation course with my teacher Bhante Yuttadhammo. What a great, challenging and wonderful way to deepen and advance one’s practice. Bhante is such a compassionate and wise teacher. I feel lucky to have met him and be able to learn from him.
Keeping the Eight Precepts is a great way to live one’s life. It’s highly conducive towards meditation practice and a life filled with mindfulness, concentration and wakefulness. I’m going to keep them once a week on every Sunday and gradually working up to keeping them 3 times a week. I would love to be able to do all Eight all the time.
