I’m Thomas Gabriel, a Theravada buddhist and physiotherapist working in a Hospital.
I have been practicing Vipassana meditation in the tradition of Ven. Yuttadhammo and the late Ven. Ajahn Tong Sirimangalo since 2015. Here I’ll post about Theravada Buddhism, meditation practice, Sutta studies, Buddhist art and other Buddhist-related stuff.
Buddhist mindfulness meditation has changed my life for the better. It has allowed me to peer inside and learn about myself and how the mind works. As such, it has brought me mental clarity, wisdom, insight and peace of mind.
